FAQ

  • Domestic orders ship free and fully insured. Most ready-to-ship pieces will go out within 2–4 business days. Pieces that are made to order may take up to 6 weeks. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

  • I do not accept returns. However, I’m happy to offer an exchange for unworn items. Please contact me and ship the item back within 3 days of delivery. The piece must arrive in original condition and packaging.

    Custom and international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If your piece ever needs attention, I offer repairs on work made by me. Please note: I cannot repair pieces that have been altered or repaired elsewhere. If something comes up, just reach out—I want your piece to last.

  • Custom work is available by request. All custom pieces are final sale.

  • If you're ordering from outside the U.S., please contact me directly for shipping rates and details.

  • If you're unsure about a piece, need more images, or want to talk through anything before purchasing, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to help.
